WHAT WILL DELIVERY COST ME?
Delivery costs for domestic and international orders are calculated dependent on item weight and are visible at checkout.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
While most orders are shipping on-time, due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, your order may experience some shipping and fulfilment delays. We appreciate your patience.
Once you’ve purchased your order, it typically takes 1-2 business days to authenticate the purchase and 3-4 business days to ship to you. For domestic orders you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days. For international orders delivery times vary due to customs, international customers can typically expect to receive their orders within 10-14 business days.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once the item has been sent we unfortunately cannot change the delivery address. However if within 1-2 business days after placing your order, you write to us at studio@vespertine.uk with your order reference number and a request to change the delivery address, then if the item has not yet been sent we will change the delivery address.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
Under the exceptional circumstance that you did not receive your item, please reach out to studio@vespertine.uk with your order details and we will make every effort to locate the package in a timely manner. If the tracking details show the package has been lost in transit then we will immediately send a replacement. If a replacement unfortunately isn’t available, then we will refund your order.
