DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?
All our collections are available to view via our website, this enables us to provide you with the latest information across all our product lines and gives us the ability to promptly amend details should we need to.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
We strive to support traditional British manufacturing where possible, valuing their unrivalled level of knowledge and skill. To discover where a particular product has been manufactured simply view the product on our website and scroll down to the 'Key Features' section on the bottom right-hand side.
CAN I REQUEST MY PURCHASE BE GIFT WRAPPED?
All traditional Vespertine retail products are gift wrapped and will include a collector’s A5 art-print and a personalised thank you letter from Sam Wilde. Any purchase order details will be kept separate from the gift wrapped product.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?
We are currently exclusively available via our online store at vespertine.uk.
DO YOU OFFER A CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE?
Unfortunately, click and collect is not currently part of our service. If you are ordering online and would like more information on when your order is likely to be delivered, please email us at studio@vespertine.uk. Should you be purchasing furniture please contact us on the above email address to discuss our collection and delivery options.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. To view the full list of payment methods please refer to our website footer.
WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS LABELLED OUT OF STOCK?
Should a product you would like to purchase be out of stock, please email us at studio@vespertine.uk and we will be able to let you know if the item will be available again.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
If you would like to add an item to an existing order please email us at studio@vespertine.uk within 1-2 days of placing the initial order. Please state your full name, order number and the details of the product/products you would like to add and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cushions
CAN I BUY A CUSHION WITHOUT A FILLER?
We do not sell our cushion covers without fillers.
Wallpaper
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSION OF YOUR WALLPAPER?
The standard Vespertine wallpaper rolls are 140cm x 300cm.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR WALLPAPER?
The minimum order quantity for standard width wallpaper is one roll.
Fabric
IS YOUR FABRIC SUITABLE FOR UPHOLSTERY?
All fabrics suitable for upholstery will be specifically listed as upholstery fabric on our website at vespertine.uk.
CAN I ORDER LESS THAN ONE METRE OF FABRIC?
The minimum order quantity for fabric is one metre.
Samples
WHAT SIZE ARE OUR SAMPLES?
Our wallpaper samples are available in A4 / 21cm x 29.7cm.
CAN I ORDER A LARGER SAMPLE?
Should you like to order a larger sample size, please email us on studio@vespertine.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC PART OF A PATTERN FOR MY SAMPLE?
Unfortunately, all our samples are pre-cut by our manufacturers meaning it is not possible to choose a specific area of a pattern for your sample.
Trade
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A TRADE ACCOUNT?
You can request a trade application form by emailing studio@vespertine.uk, a team member will endeavour to be in contact with you within 2 working days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OPEN A TRADE ACCOUNT?
Please email studio@vespertine.uk for information on current trade account applications.
WHAT IS YOUR TRADE DISCOUNT?
Our trade discount will be disclosed upon application approval.
CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER IN ANOTHER CURRENCY?
All payments must be made in GBP, Vespertine will not cover the cost of any bank charges.
